Fear and Depression

With depression comes fear,
with fear comes depression,
they run in a parallel line.
They are alike in the feeling,
but different in why.

If someone thinks that they can master either one,
then they are capable
of mastering the other,
in turn mastering themselves.

If one can master
either emotion and themselves,
then they have the answers
to many of the mysteries of life,
but then again
it has not happened yet.

These emotions are normal
everyone experiences both,
and if someone says
that they fear not,
then they must master honesty.

If they know that they
have not been honest,
then they will fear,
then be depressed,
then they have mastered nothing.
